What we will not answer
Dosage, administration and reconstitution questions receive no reply, whatever the framing. Products are for in-vitro research only.
Before you write
Most questions are answered faster if the message includes these.
- Your order reference The PL number from your order confirmation email.
- The lot number Printed on the vial label and on the certificate.
- What you measured If you are reporting a discrepancy, attach your own assay report.
