Questions we actually get
What we can answer, and what we will not. If your question is about an order already placed, quote the lot number printed on the vial.
Material and documentation
Every vial carries a lot number that resolves to one certificate in the lab results library, showing the test date, the method and the measured purity. If the vial and the certificate disagree, tell us and the lot is withdrawn.
An independent laboratory, not us. Identity by mass spectrometry against theoretical molecular weight, purity by reverse-phase HPLC. We publish what was measured.
Yes. Historical certificates are kept after a lot sells through. Email the lot number printed on the vial.
Send us the report and the lot number. If the lot is out of specification we replace or refund in full and withdraw the lot.
Use, ordering and delivery
No. These compounds are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. We publish no dosage, administration or reconstitution guidance and will not answer questions of that kind, whatever the framing.
No card processor sits between you and us, so there is no card data to be leaked. You send the transfer from your own bank quoting the reference on your order.
Email us the transfer confirmation and your order number. A transfer without a reference delays dispatch until we can identify it.
Lyophilised powder held at -20 degrees Celsius, shipped in an unbranded outer carton with insulation and, where the compound requires it, a cold pack. Tracked, one to three business days across Canada.
No. Canadian addresses only.
Still need an answer
Questions about an order, a lot or an institutional purchase go straight to the people who run the assays.
