Pure Labs ships within Canada only. Orders are dispatched from Ontario after an Interac e-Transfer has settled and been matched to an order reference.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Ontario once the Interac e-Transfer clears, normally the same business day and always within 48 hours.

Transit

Canada-wide delivery is one to three business days, tracked. We do not ship outside Canada.

Packaging

Everything ships in an unbranded outer carton with no contents listed on the label. Vials are packed with insulation and, where the compound requires it, a cold pack.

Damage in transit

Photograph the outer carton and the vials before opening anything further and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
