Why e-Transfer

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer only. No card processor sits between you and us, which means no card data exists to be leaked.

How it works

Place the order, and the order confirmation shows the recipient address, the exact amount and a reference. Send the transfer from your own online banking and put the reference in the message field.

Matching your payment

The reference is how a transfer is matched to an order. A transfer without one delays dispatch until we can identify it.

What happens next

Your order sits on hold until the transfer clears, then moves to processing and ships. You are emailed at each step.
