Unopened stock

Sealed vials in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The cold chain cannot be verified once material leaves our control, so returned stock is destroyed rather than resold and a restocking fee applies.

Opened vials

Opened or reconstituted material cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Material out of specification

If independent testing shows a lot does not match its certificate, send us your assay report and the lot number. We replace or refund in full, and we withdraw the lot.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned by Interac e-Transfer to the address the payment came from, within five business days.
