We hold what is needed to ship a parcel and answer a question about it, on a server under Canadian jurisdiction, and nothing more.

What we hold

Name, email, shipping address and order history. That is what is needed to send a parcel and answer a question about it.

What we do not hold

No card numbers and no banking credentials. Payment happens inside your own bank through Interac e-Transfer; we see only that a transfer arrived and its reference.

Where it lives

On a server in Quebec, Canada, under Canadian jurisdiction. Backups are encrypted and held separately from the server.

Who else sees it

The courier receives the address needed to deliver the parcel. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share customer data.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
